叶问长子，1924年生于佛山。七岁始随父亲学习詠春拳，1962年赴港定居后继续随父修炼拳艺。叶问去世后，主持“香港詠春体育会”工作。四十多年来，叶准坚持在世界各地教授詠春拳，弟子遍布全球，饮誉国际。他及其门徒更在世界60多个国家组织有詠春拳组织近3000家，现任世界詠春联会主席。近年来，叶准不遗余力地在国内推广詠春拳，对家乡罗村的詠春拳推广工作尤为支持。所培养的弟子纷纷在国内北京、佛山、珠海等地开设拳馆，为詠春拳在华夏大地传承作出了重要的贡献。
叶准所获荣誉甚丰，先后获英国曼彻斯特索尔福特大学颁发院士衔、国际奥委会颁发武术终身成就奖、英国《combat magazine》颁发世界最具影响力的功夫教头奖等。因致力推广詠春拳术，弘扬中国武术文化，促进佛山与海内外文化交流合作上作出了积极贡献，被佛山市人民政府授予“佛山市荣誉市民”称号。
Ip Chun:
The eldest son of Ip Man, Ip Chun was born in 1924. He started to learn Wing Chun from his father since seven years old and continued after migrating to Hong Kong in 1962. After the Grandmaster Ip passed away, he has been in charge of the Hong Kong Ving Tsun Athletic Association.Over these 40 years, Ip Chun insists to teach Wing Chun in person in different places, his disciples are all over the world with a renowned reputation. Ip Chun is the current chairman of the World Wing Chun Union; he and his disciples have over 3000 Wing Chun associations in more than 60 countries. In recent years, Ip Chun has been promoting Wing Chun in China and supporting the promotion of Luocun’s Wing Chun. All his disciples has set up Kungfu schools in Beijing, Foshan, Zhuhai and other cities, they bring a great influence in spreading Wing Chun in China.
Ip Chun received the honour of the Fellowship by the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Martial Arts International Olympic Committee, the most influential Kungfu master in the world by the Combat Magazine and many others.With his hard work in promoting Wing Chun as well as Chinese Kungfu culture, and his assistance in coordinating the Chinese and foreign culture, Ip Chun is awarded the title of the “Honorary Citizen of Foshan” by the Foshan Municipal People`s Government.
